• To e-mail you news about Corn Market Blues concerts and partner concerts

• We use MailChimp to manage our mailing list and by giving us permission to use your e-mail address you agree to us storing your name and e-mail address outside the EU. If you disagree with this policy you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. There is an unsubscribe button on every e-mail you receive from us. • Internally - to CMB organisers – as required to facilitate e-mailing news.

• Externally – where we use external e-mail management and online ticketing systems. Where such systems are used, CMB has scrutinised the Terms and Conditions of each supplier and judged that their digital and physical systems and procedures are secure.

• If we have a statutory duty to disclose it for other legal and regulatory reasons.

 

Where we need to share your information outside of CMB, we will seek your permission and inform you as to who the information will be shared with and for what purpose.

We need to keep your information so that we can provide our free e-mail news service to you and your data will remain until you unsubscribe. The exceptions to this are instances where there may be legal or insurance circumstances that require information to be held for longer whilst this is investigated or resolved.
