We are delighted to announce that at the recent Laurence Jones and Aiden Pryor concert at The Raven we raised a total of £825.44
to be donated to Crohn's & Colitis UK
We are delighted to announce that at last Saturday night’s Laurence Jones and Aiden Pryor gig at The Raven we raised a total of £825.44 to be donated to Crohn's & Colitis UK
Breakdown of moneys raised;
Pete Marsh Art auction and sales. £347.50
Collection tins. (This included both Laurence and Aiden donating some funds from their merchandise takings) £307.94
CornMarketBlues donation £170
Total £825.44
This is a fantastic achievement and a huge amount of money to be raised in one night. We would like to thank all of you who donated, participated in the auction or purchased paintings on the night. Special thanks must go to Pete Marsh who kindly donated one of his superb paintings of Laurence Jones for us to auction on the night. Also thanks to Laurence Jones and Aiden Pryor for an awesome night of live entertainment and kindly donating some funds from the sale of their merchandise.
Not only was it a fantastic night of LIVE music we also raised a considerable sum to be donated to Laurence’s charity. We handed over the cheque to Ben Rutter from Crohn’s & Colitis Leicester & Rutland branch who was in attendance last Saturday in the near future.
Thanks once again you are all fantastic, thanks for your continuous support of LIVE Music at The Raven.
